There is no perfect technology, sometimes apps or websites just crash or get stuck. Please follow these technology help tips below to solve any problems that may arise. You do not have to do them all! However, please try the first few at least.

There are also help videos below for both parents and childcare providers.

Technology Help Tips

First, make a cup of tea and relax (trust us, this helps immediately!)
Turn off your mobile device / laptop / desktop and wait 60 seconds
Turn on your mobile device / laptop / desktop
Ensure your location settings are ‘ON’
If you have an Apple iPhone, you will need Apple iOS 13 or higher to use the our app. View device compatibility - click here!
Swipe up to close out the app
Log out (then log back in)
Use less filters or skip filters completely to show more childcare providers
Update your app by FULLY deleting it, then re-upload it from your App Store to the most recent version
Clear your cache
Close all browser windows / apps
Ensure your operating system is up to date
Ensure you have at least 1GB of spare memory
Turn off your mobile device / laptop / desktop and wait 60 seconds
Turn on your mobile device / laptop / desktop
Log in
Ensure your account is fully set up with a card on file
Ensure you have a Subscription that is current
Ensure your internet / wifi is working correctly by searching on Google / Yahoo or Bing for "NannyPod" then clicking through a few pages
Give the app at least 60 seconds to load
Reminder: Please ensure you have Apple iOS 13 or later if using an Apple iPhone, thank you.
